I heard about magnesium creams through a friend so when I came across this at a cute little shop I decided to get the one for sore muscles. So glad I did! I get leg cramps and achy shoulders at night from my job of 45 yrs as a hairdresser. I swear it seemed like it worked immediately, not every time but most of the time.
Also, sometimes in the middle of the night I have to reapply but I think it really works. I ended up ordering more and also one for my mom for her arthritis, haven’t given it to her yet. I also decided to try the lavender nighttime one and rub it on the bottoms of my feet and around my neck. Not sure if it helping or not but it sure smells good. They also absorb into skin immediately and not sticky or greasy which I love.
I have chemo induced neuropathy in my feet and often get leg cramps at night. I sleep better and have fewer leg cramps using the magnesium cream. And my husband thinks it smells nice too.
Always looking for a great magnesium cream! I use this daily to soothe my muscles after working out. The peppermint and eucalyptus scent is refreshing and cooling!
