At The Humble Life, we do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read the information below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery issues, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
🚚 Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40 (before tax and after discounts).

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during promotions or holidays.

Carriers: Most orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and delivery location.
🕰️ Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Postal service disruptions or delays

Weather or other unforeseen events
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at humblelifestore@gmail.com — we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
📦 Return-to-Sender & Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an issue with delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, delivery refused), we will contact you via the email provided in your order. You’ll be given the following options:
1. Reship the Order
We’re happy to resend the package to a corrected address, but ask that you cover the re-shipping cost. A payment link will be provided.
2. Refund the Order
If you prefer a refund instead:

You will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping cost we incurred (even if your order qualified for free shipping).

This helps cover our non-refundable shipping expenses and ensures we can continue offering fair pricing.
🔁 Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please first check with neighbors or household members.

Then contact your local post office or carrier for help locating it.

If the package is still missing, email us at humblelifestore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. However, we’ll work with you to file a claim or resolve the issue when possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
🌎 International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
