Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery time estimates begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you believe a package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier immediately.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery.
We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Shipping Issues
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
