Return & Refund policy

As a small business, we handcraft each and every product and want you to love your purchase as much as we love making them. We will accept unopened returns within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with your return. You will receive your refund on the original payment method used to place your order.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt, always try an allergy patch test. If at any time irritation occurs, please discontinue use of the product. Expecting mothers, nursing mothers, or anyone who has concerns with how an ingredient or product may respond with medication should consult their physician before using products. If you have any questions about the ingredients listed on our products, please send us an email to humblelove@thehumblelifestore.com.

If you received the wrong order, or incorrect item, send us an email as soon as possible and we will promptly send you your correct order. Please send us a picture of the order you received, and include your name, email and order number.

If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to humblelove@thehumblelifestore.com. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost to you.
