We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

⚠️ Allergies & Sensitivities
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies to listed ingredients, please do a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Expecting or nursing mothers and those with medical conditions should consult a physician before using any new products.

📦 Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, we’ve got you covered:

Email us within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
🔁 Return-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.

You may request a reshipment (shipping cost required)

Or request a refund, less the original shipping cost incurred by us (even if your order qualified for free shipping)
